Well, the party was certainly fun the other night, but I think I'm still recovering twenty-four hours later.  Normally I'd say the best solution for such a problem would be another party.  But that seems highly unwise right now.

However, if anyone wound up taking home a red, vaguely glittery jacket by accident - it's mine.  And I'd appreciate it back.  I'm very fond ot it.  Let me know and I'll give you the address to my flat so you can owl it.  No, there are no hidden meanings to this statement.

I am seriously beginning to wonder whether there are some Muggles who, for whatever reason, are just naturally inclined toward stumbling upon magic. Sort of like how some witches and wizards are born into Muggle families? A less explicit experience of magic, obviously, they’re still only Muggles, but with some connection to your world nonetheless. I can’t be the only person who’s wondered about this.

But the reason I bring this up is because this one bloke, I think his name’s Price, this is the third time in the past six months that we’ve had to obliviate him. The first time he spotted someone apparating, then a few months later he managed to stumble upon a postbox that some idiot had hexed as an idea of a practical joke. This time around he somehow wound up in possession of some wizard money…are people just blatantly disregarding the Statute of Secrecy these days?

There’s going to come a point where the risk of doing actual damage to his brain is too great, if he keeps up at this rate. And then what? I tell you, if it comes to that I don’t know if I can ethically take part in it. I’m definitely getting ahead of myself, though. There are much more important things for me to be thinking about right now. Namely, where to get dinner from tonight?
